1. Fill out a CUSTOMER PROFILE with every new customer (Keep organized in a binder! or a folder on your computer)

2. Choose one day a week to do customer care (I.E. every Monday)

3. Use THIS spreadsheet to keep track of your orders and check in weekly with your customers
