A 10 day journey for personal nourishment. Now more than ever it’s important to be gentle with ourselves. The point of this is not to have strict guidelines, but rather do what feels best and gives your body, mind & soul optimal nourishment. This is a community of like minded women who are all here to love, support and adore you. Lean into the support of the community. The more mindful we are about what we consume on a daily basis, the better we will feel. It is an act of love to listen to what you need. It is self honoring. Everyone participating gets access to the yummy wholesome recipes, journal prompts, yoga flows, low impact exercises, meditations, breathwork sessions, dance tutorials, nutrition & wellness information & so much more!
