What EXACTLY does THRIVE include:
12 One-hour group calls (1 per week):
On the first half of each call, I will teach on a specific topic. These topics include things like goal setting, nutrition basics, food prep and planning, protein, carbs, fat, debunking diet myths, the truth about weight loss, snacking, mindfulness and so much more. I want to make sure you learn what you’ve come here to learn so while some topics will be predetermined, others will be decided based on the common questions/interest of the group. The second half of the call will be dedicated to Q & A. I will answer your questions on the topic and/or any questions that have come up between calls this week.
A Facebook accountability group:
This will be our hub. In the Facebook group, I will repost our weekly calls in case you missed it live or want to rewatch an earlier call. This will also be a source of inspiration, connection, and accountability- a place for you to ask your questions and receive community support as you work towards your goals. You will have access to this Facebook group for a full year after our course ends so you can continue to go back and rewatch the educational calls and glean inspiration.
What is THRIVE MAX?
THRIVE MAX is for those of you who want to take our time together to the next level. THRIVE MAX is for those of you who want an even more personalized experience. It is designed for those of you who have really specific health goals and who feel like extra accountability will really help you crush those goals. THRIVE MAX will include everything from the regular THRIVE program PLUS an additional 1hr one-on-one coaching call per month (3 total). On these calls, we can really breakdown your health history and work together on creating a personalized game plan to achieve the health goals you’ve been dreaming of. THRIVE MAX also allows you to have direct messaging access to me throughout our time together. This upgraded version of the THRIVE program is for those of you who are really ready to commit to your health in 2021.

About me:
Hi! I’m Arielle. Some of you know my story but for those of you who don’t, my passion for nutrition stems from my own health journey. From the ages of 16 through my early 20s I struggled with disordered eating patterns and an unhealthy relationship with food which, ultimately, lead to a variety of different health issues. I struggled with cystic acne, painful tongue inflammation, and was eventually diagnosed with two different autoimmune conditions: Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and interstitial cystitis. After meeting multiple dead ends with western medicine, I turned to a more holistic approach, using nutrition as the foundation for my healing protocol. Healing your body with food takes time but within 1.5 years I was able to completely heal my skin and tongue and put both of my autoimmune conditions into remission. And the best part of all? Along the way, I was able to completely transform my relationship with food. I’m now working on completing my master’s degree in holistic nutrition and excited to take what I’ve learned along my journey to empower others to take back health! I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to struggle with your health and it’s my hope that through THRIVE I can help you find your way back to vibrant health.
